As Clinical Director, you will play a key role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring a dynamic team, and contributing to the strategic direction of a rapidly expanding group while remaining hands-on in clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical guidance on acquisitions, focusing on care standards, culture, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic planning and other clinical insights across the group.
• Support and promote best practice medicine across the group, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Mentor veterinarians, support new graduates, and address clinical complaints as needed.
• Represent AVG at industry events and stay updated on trends and innovations.
• Assist in recruitment and succession planning for key clinical roles.

Required Experience:

• Registered Veterinarian with WA VSB.
• 5+ years’ experience in veterinary practice, with an understanding of clinical and business operations.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to improving care standards.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence (EQ).
