What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Equine Surgeon to join our team of two experienced specialist surgeons. Whether you are just finishing your training or are an experienced surgeon, we invite you to apply. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Veterinary degree (BVSc or equivalent) and registerable in Victoria, Australia
• Residency trained or board certified in Equine Surgery (ideal but not mandatory)
• Proven experience in performing a wide range of equine surgeries, including soft tissue, orthopaedic, and emergency procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client education and team collaboration
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and high-quality care
