Brindabella Equine requires a motivated, enthusiastic veterinarian to join a single veterinarian equine practice. The practice is based near Murrumbateman just 30 minutes from Australia’s capital, 2 hours from the snow and 2 hours from the beach. We service clients from Goulburn, Yass Valley, Michelago, Bungendore and the ACT.

The majority of the work is eventing, dressage and pleasure horses, but other equine fields are well covered including camp drafting, pony club, Standardbreds and golden oldies, allowing you to develop your skills in several areas.

Our practice is well equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound, video endoscopy, portable endoscopy, Terafloat and Powerfloat, purpose-built facilities and mobile Portasafe stocks. Approximately 75% of the work is ambulatory.

We can offer:

• Hourly rate of $45-$70 depending on experience and skill set.
• Generous financial allowance for continual professional development (CPD)
• Full or part time hours, minimum 18 hours per week
• Paid AVA/EVA membership and Veterinary Surgeons Board registration
• Out of hours or public holiday shifts negotiable
