We are seeking a highly motivated compassionate veterinarian to join our 4 vet 7 nurse dedicated team. Abbotsbury Veterinary Clinic is a family run business located in Sydney’ s South West very close to both the M5 and M4 motorways and is continuing to grow. We are nestled just behind the Western Regional Park in a beautiful village like atmosphere with surrounding parklands.

We are fortunate enough to have a very friendly passionate animal loving community supporting us. Our small animal hospital has been part of the community for over 20 years and has been involved in rescue work among other things that we are very proud of. Our practice is well equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound in house Idexx catalyst pathology, pulse oximetry, droppler, ECG, infusion pumps IM3 dental equipment and more. We have visiting specialist surgeons and sonographers attend the practice regularly.

The successful candidate would be passionate about being a vet and loves working closely with both people and their pets. They must display a high standard of care, work efficiently in a busy environment and ultimately be a team player. Communication skills are highly sort and dedication to further education and learning is paramount. We are searching for that special vet to join our team.

• Want school based hours ?? YES… We can accommodate that. 
• Want childcare available close to work??? Yes …We can accommodate that, as we have a lovely childcare next door .

At Abbotsbury Vet Clinic you will always be supported by our highly trained friendly nursing staff.

You will become a valued member of the team and be encouraged to build your very own client base. The position is a four day week (negotiable for PT applicants) and will include some shared weekend work. There are NO AFTER HOURS. Salary will be negotiable from $120, 000- $150,000+ plus super and usual entitlements as well as 1 week study leave and  yearly study contribution.
