We are a family owned and operated small animal clinic with an interesting and diverse medical and surgical caseload. As a wildlife-friendly clinic, with a high volume of zoo and exotic clients, this role would be perfect for someone with an interest in wildlife.

We are looking for an experienced vet with 4+ years’ experience, who, like us, is passionate about their job and simply enjoys coming to work every day and looking after their patients. • A close knit 8 vet, 10 nurse and reception staff team
• Friendly and relaxed, yet highly professional work environment
• Excellent clientele, who allows us to work up and treat cases at a high standard leading to great job satisfaction

• Daily rounds and monthly vet meetings focused on in-house training
• AVA Veterinary Hospital Accreditation
• Hosting of specialist visits throughout the year, allowing exposure to areas of advance practice.

What we offer

• Permanent role with competitive salary and package in line with experience
• 4 day working week (designated weekly RDO)
• Sharing of on-call and weekend duties. On average one night a week, and 1 in 3 weekends, with industry leading after hours remuneration
• Continuing education allowance / study leave per annum
• Guaranteed $2,000 bonus after 1 year of fulltime employment.
• Relocation allowance to assist with flights, temporary accommodation etc
