The role:
As the Lead Veterinarian, you'll play a pivotal role in the hospital's success:
- Manage primary clinical cases, encompassing both medical and surgical cases.
- Provide guidance and training to our primary care Veterinarian team.
- Skilfully handle client complaints and address financial and clinical concerns.
- Act as the line manager for our GP veterinarians, facilitating their growth.
- Contribute to performance appraisals of GP veterinarians.
- Assist in training nursing and animal attendants when needed.
- Contribute to the development and execution of our marketing plan.
- Play a vital role in the hospital's leadership team.

About You:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Doctor of Veterinary Science (or higher)
- Registration with the QLD Veterinary Practitioners Board as a Veterinary Surgeon
