Small Animal Veterinarian with excellent general practice skills looking to further their career with an industry leading company in a renowned local clinic.

About the Position:

Exciting opportunity for a vet looking to move up into a clinic leadership role.

Be part of a large, thriving regional clinic with an experienced team.

As clinical lead you will work closely with your Clinic Coordinator and the Business Team in the day-to-day running of the clinic, and you will be a member of the management team responsible for the professional management of all clinical operations. Clinical operations include managing, training and supervising veterinary associates, graduates and nursing staff, as well as being hands-on in the delivery of veterinary services to patients and clients according to Apiam’s high standards of care.

About You:

We are looking for a vet who is ready for the next stage in their career and is ready to lead and mentor their team with the assistance of an industry leading organisation.

Our ideal candidate will want to work in a hands-on clinic to get in and hone their skills. They will want to focus on furthering their vet career by taking the initiative in learning from our experienced team, Apiam’s opportunities for development and the large and varied caseload. They will want to work in an interesting location not far from a major centre with minimal on call and enjoy the lifestyle our area offers. You will be interested in and excited about managing a team of veterinary professionals.

Remuneration and Apiam perks: 

Generous salary package including a base salary of ~$140,000- $160,000+ depending on experience
