Leadership Responsibilities: As the Lead Veterinarian, you will play a pivotal role in our team, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to our skilled team members. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example by delivering an exceedingly high level of patient care in small animal medicine
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure high standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognized in Australia
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management
  • Ability to work with team members and build rapport with clients
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
