Leadership Responsibilities: As the Lead Veterinarian, you will play a pivotal role in our team, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to our skilled team members. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading by example by delivering an exceedingly high level of patient care in small animal medicine

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognized in Australia
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Ability to work with team members and build rapport with clients
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills
