About Us:
Old Reynella Veterinary Clinic is a long-standing practice with a tight-knit team. Our clinic adopts a compassionate approach to care by fostering relationships with clients. The dedicated team treat dogs, cats, and pocket pets (rabbits, ferrets, rats and guinea pigs) are a particular interest.
Specialising in preventative care, we offer a variety of services with the necessary bells and whistles to provide an excellent service including Digital X-Ray & Developer, Dental Unit, multi-parameter monitoring and an In house laboratory
The Opportunity:
As the Lead Vet (along with the support of the practice manager), you will lead a team of passionate vets and vet nurses delivering personalised, professional and dedicated care to our patients and their owners.
This opportunity will suit an experienced vet with aspirations for greater responsibility that are rewarded and recognised. You will be involved in a mix of consulting, surgery and leading your wonderful team.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor of Veterinary Science + current Veterinary Board Registration or eligibility for veterinary board registration in Australia
- Proven veterinary experience within a senior role will be highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, compassionate, and professional demeanour
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Leadership skills and team orientation
