As animal lovers the team at Our Vet Macgregor knows how important the role pets play in the homes and lives of their owners. That's why good pet care is at the foundation of everything they do. Our Vet MacGregor operates out of the Best Friends store in MacGregor, giving pet owners one-stop access to comprehensive and quality pet care.
Macgregor is a southern suburb of Brisbane that offers plenty of opportunities for the outdoors, with its parks, schools, shops, and sporting clubs, as well as easy access to the city and a relaxed lifestyle.
Job Opportunity:
We seek a Veterinarian to join our team on a Full or Part-time basis.
The roster is flexible and accommodates work-life harmony alongside a balance of consulting and surgery shifts.
Clinic hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Friday - 9 am - 5.30 pm
Thursday 9 am - 7 pm
Saturday 9 am - 1 pm (this shift is covered every week by our casual vet.)
The role requires you to:
- Oversee the management of medical cases
- Perform routine and non-routine surgeries commensurate with experience
- Build relationships and deliver high customer service standards

For this position, you must hold a relevant:
- Veterinary Science degree from an accredited university
- Registration with the relevant state Veterinary Board
- Current state Radiation licence
