$90,000 – $125,000 p.a plus super, negotiable based on exp + 1 week study leave p.a + annual study allowance.

One of our amazing Vets is about to take some maternity leave, so we are on the hunt for an additional awesome Veterinarian to join our team!

The position is available for immediate start to allow for a smooth transition. Experience is preferred but we are open to all applicants.

• Services: The clinic offers a caring, country service with all the necessary toys and experience to offer patients and clients quality care.  Peak Vets is a true mixed practice, with a mixed caseload. Our small animal caseload has been growing steadily over the years, and we are happy to offer positions to dedicated small animal veterinarians. Our team consists of 8 vets, 2 of which do small animal work, and the rest, mixed work. We have a very supportive and friendly working environment as we believe going to work should be enjoyable.
• Culture: Our team know how to work hard but we all enjoy a good time too, whether that is crepes at team meetings or our awesome annual Christmas weekend. In previous years we have we spent the weekend at the Gold Coast or in Brisbane where we did jet skiing, helicopter flights, go-kart racing, tenpin bowling, rock-climbing and enjoying great food and beverages.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 3+ years' experience in mixed or small animal practice
• Gusto for Vet life: We are looking for a team member that is keen to take on new challenges and willing to have a go, someone that has excellent patient care and able to communicate well with others.
• Collaboration: Willingness to work as a team. We also work closely with a range of visiting registered specialist and have multiple referral hospitals nearby.
