MVH is a long established mixed practice with very good work-life boundaries, great clients, and large purpose built facilities. We are about 75/25 smallies/largies. Our culture is friendly, collaborative, and employee-focused - we dedicate time each day to smoko - and leaving the clinic for lunch is encouraged. We recently gained a new co-owner, Eliza, who is particularly passionate about mentoring and supporting vets for long and rewarding careers.
Moree is a highly productive agricultural region, growing predominantly grain and cotton with some beef cattle, sheep and horses. We are a few hours from the nearest referral centre so while we happily refer, we do get many opportunities to tackle complex and rewarding cases. We also have an airport with daily flights to Sydney, multiple cafes, art galleries, sports teams and frequent social and community events.
We are looking for an enthusiastic vet with an interest in rural practice and good communication skills, new grads and experienced vets welcome. The majority of our work is smallies but there is scope to expand the large animal side, and many years of experience to benefit from. We share after hours duty and it is well compensated on top of salary. New and recent grads will join the roster once they are comfortable and support is always available.

Our full time schedule is a 4 day week plus shared weekends
