At Animal Eye Services, we are fully dedicated to the field of ophthalmology. We are the largest eye specialist clinic in QLD and have been operating since 1999.

Together, we form a highly skilled and close-knit team committed to improving the quality of life for pets through expert eye care.

We are looking for:

A dedicated and experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our expanding team of skilled nurses. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment but be confident working independently, can work hard but enjoy a laugh, and have the necessary clinical skills to handle an often fast-paced surgical caseload.

About You:

• Minimum Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing, Bachelor of Veterinary Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of nursing, specialist referral practice preferred but not necessary
• Confidence in anaesthesia induction, monitoring and recovery
• Previous ophthalmology experience desirable but not necessary- a passion for learning is!
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A can-do attitude and a team based mindset
