Would you like to work as part of a supportive, experienced nine vet team at a privately owned clinic in Perth’s southern suburbs?
An exciting opportunity is available for a small animal veterinarian to join a great team in a high-quality, purpose-built veterinary hospital that has just finished major extensions to accommodate our growing team.
A recent Veterinary Surgeons Board inspection classified it as one of the top 10% of practices in the state! We are a very friendly, inclusive and collaborative team with a really interesting and varied case load. We have great clients who appreciate the care we give to their pets. Our weekends are getting busier so we need a third vet on Saturdays to help out. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is a great communicator and is passionate about their career. Our motto is excellence in client service and the highest quality patient care, and we truly believe that. You will be well supported in that by a large team of experienced, qualified veterinary nurses and experienced veterinarians.
Saturdays we are open 8am to 4pm with 20 minute appointments. We don’t overbook, we lock off breaks and time for lunch and don’t book any surgery. It is busy most weekends but very manageable and it’s extremely rare that you wouldn’t get out on time.
The hospital is very well equipped with digital x-ray, a new Omega MyLab ultrasound machine, Zeiss digital microscope with camera, in-house blood machines and a two designated surgical theatres and a dental theatre.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
