Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners by giving them 10/10 service and care?

Are you ready to prioritize work-life balance while continuing to grow in your profession?

Who we are:

We offer both mobile and clinic opportunities based in Werribee, in Melbourne's western suburbs. Our progressive, client-focused veterinary clinic is expanding, and we're looking for a veterinarian who shares our passion for providing exceptional care in a fear-free, supportive environment.

Why join us:

  • Never work your birthday: Enjoy a paid day off if your birthday falls on your working day.
  • Amazing clinic culture: Be part of a collaborative, supportive team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our patients and clients.
  • True Work-Life Balance: We value your time outside work and are committed to creating schedules supporting your lifestyle.

About you:

  • Strong communication skills: You're great at discussing your recommendations and explaining options clearly to pet owners.
  • Reliable & punctual: You're dependable, enjoy building strong relationships with clients, and you're always on time.
  • Small animal expertise: You have solid knowledge of small animal care
  • Consult-only preference? If you prefer consults only, we can accommodate that
  • Special skills? If you have expertise in areas like integrative veterinary care, laser therapy, acupuncture, or other specialties, we'd love to support you in applying these skills.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary: $135,000-$150,000+ (depending on experience), with pro-rata for part-time roles
  • Dedicated break times: Enjoy uninterrupted lunch and breaks—no working through your breaks
  • Vet nurse support: Work alongside a dedicated vet nurse during all your consults
  • No overtime: You'll leave on time every day, with a regular roster - no on-call or overtime required
  • Professional development: We offer conference and Continuing Education (CE) funding to support your career growth

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, text 0408 553 097 or call Sandy for a chat. We'd love to learn more about you!
