Full Time/Part Time/Weekend Small Animal Vet Position - Inner City (Waterloo) and/or Inner South (Wolli Creek), NSW, Australia

We are a young, positive, enthusiastic and energetic team. We value high standard, evidence-based veterinary medicine, and are big fans of continuing education.
Join our team of 9 vets, and work with some of the leading vets in Sydney including an internal medicine specialist and 2 membership holders.
Our new hospitals are purpose-designed and fitted out and we have invested heavily in our equipment - some toys that we have invested in (and they are all brand new and glossy!) include a rare point-of-care PCR machine, digital radiology system, multi-parameters patient monitors with capnography, Doppler, Idexx Catalyst One & ProCyte, Idexx UA analyzer & Sedivue, Coag, VetStat, VCheck Analyser, TonoVet, ophthalmoscope, IM3 dental unit, small animal ultrasound unit, IM3 dental radiology, portable ultrasound etc.
To become the right candidate, you should:
- have a veterinary degree registrable in NSW
- have good knowledge in general medicine and surgery, especially feline medicine as we see more cats than dogs
- be committed to providing the best quality care
- have excellent interpersonal skills
- be able to work as part of a team and also independently
- have a minimum of 1 years of small animal practice experience, exceptional candidates with slightly less experience will be considered (sorry this is not a new graduate position)
We offer:
- 20-30 minutes consults and a balanced working environment
- very well above award salary package, depending on what you can offer, more experienced vets starting from $100,000 pro rata.
- discretionary end-of-year bonus dependent on performance
- at least $1,500 CE allowance and 5 days study leave per year pro rata, we have offered more than that consistently to applicable CE
- access to VIN to other CE resources

You can expect a more generous salary above average plus super and benefits if you have:
