We currently have two (2) exceptional opportunities available for dedicated small animal veterinarians.

We are not a corporate entity so there is real care for our team members and clients and very real prospects of career progression and equity.

The practice has been in the same location since 1970 and under the ownership of the practice principal since 1991. In many cases we have three generations of some families dealing with our practice.

Ideally we would like to engage one veterinarian with a medicine focus and another with a surgery focus. There are plenty of cases to keep you busy.

We offer an incredibly flexible working environment - casual or fulltime - you choose, we will discuss as we open to various options.
Don’t want to do after-hours? Don’t want to work weekends or public holidays?
If you do wish to avail yourself of some after-hours work there is ample opportunity and great rewards.

SALARY

Competitive salary and benefits package on offer- we’re thinking $150-160K PLUS for the right person however, we would encourage you to tell us and evidence your skills - WE ARE OPEN FOR DISCUSSION ON ALL OPTIONS

Our salary package is highly attractive and designed to reward your skills, performance and chosen work status.

We offer many additional benefits which may include:

• AVA membership plus at least one SIG membership
• EPA licence,
• CE course subsidies
• significant rent subsidy for first year of employment payable in arrears
• relocation/sign up subsidy payable in arrears

Our client base is extensive, and we take pride in being selective about the cases we handle.

FACILITIES
Pet Medical Centre - a small animal practice exclusively focused on dogs (95%) and cats (5%) only, allowing you to focus on these two species. An extensive range of equipment is available that would match or surpass that of many practices. Newly renovated also.
