For those who have already begun their veterinary journey, we offer opportunities to take your career to the next level. Our clinic exposes a diverse and professionally challenging caseload, including complex soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries. You will benefit from a shared balance of consulting and surgery, allowing you to refine and expand your expertise. We also offer personalised mentorship, progressive case exposure tailored to your experience, and continuous learning through case ownership and structured support. Daily clinic rounds and monthly vet meetings allow ample opportunities to collaborate and grow with your colleagues.
Position Details:
This is a full-time role, though part-time positions will be considered. Our standard workweek comprises 38 hours over four days, with a consistent weekly day off. Additionally, you will work one weekend per month, which is paid at full penalty rates. We do not have split shifts, and our clinic closes at 6 PM, ensuring a predictable and manageable work schedule with a 6:30 PM finish.
There are no after-hours responsibilities, as we are supported by two emergency centres and a specialist referral hospital. Employees receive four weeks of annual leave and a week of paid study leave. We are committed to continued education and provide clinic-sponsored access to professional development courses, including VetPrac workshops and subscriptions to CVE, Vet Education, and VIN. Our veterinarians also have access to leadership development programs through the Lincoln Institute, including the Leading-Edge program tailored for veterinary professionals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90K–$160K plus super, based on experience and performance, with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Our practice handles a professionally challenging and varied medical and surgical caseload, including orthopaedic procedures such as TPLO, complex soft tissue surgery, and endoscopy services.
