Winchelsea Veterinary Hospital is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced vet for a sole charge position for Thursdays and Fridays 8am – 6pm. The position is sole charge and is small animal. We also service hobby farms so if the applicant is interested in large animals there is also work available.
We are a mainly small animal hospital with the latest equipment and pride ourselves in providing the utmost in patient care.
Our facilities include:
- Idexx pathology suite – Procyte and catalyst analyzers
- Radincon DR Xray with Rocketpacs
- GE Ultrasound with Doppler
- Full surgical suite with pulse oximetry and capnography
- Separate canine and feline consult rooms and waiting areas

Winchelsea is a rapidly growing town and is in a suburb location in the hinterland of the Surfcoast. We have many clients from the town and neighbouring towns and are only a 30min drive from Geelong and Colac and 50 minute drive from Werribee and the outskirts of Melbourne. We host a resident dental specialist and liaise with surgical and medicine specialists if required.
