We’re excited to expand our small, dedicated team at our Redbank Plains location – currently a one-vet practice seeking to grow to a two-vet practice. You’ll join a supportive and caring team and enjoy a 4 day working-week.
We have 3 clinics in the Greater Springfield area, employing almost 60 staff. Many of our team members have been with us for over five years, reflecting our commitment to creating a welcoming work environment. Our motto, “Excellence with Heart”, embodies our approach to pets, and the people who love them..
Our Team – Behind The Scenes
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong skills in consulting, surgery, medicine, and/or dentistry.
- Ability to connect with clients and build a loyal clientele.
- Ability to work as a sole charge veterinarian on occasion, with support from veterinarians at our other locations if required.
- Efficient multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to foster strong client relationships.
- A collaborative team player who supports colleagues.
- Ability to drive best practice through continuing education.
- A proactive approach to accountability and getting things done.
