We’re a mixed animal practice, but we’re currently recruiting for a Smallies guru!
Since 2018 a lot has changed at Terrey Hills Animal Hospital; The staff, the equipment, the number of clients that we service and the pets that we see. We are even building a new cat only ward of the hospital with a separate waiting room, consult room and hospital. Change is inevitable, and as the industry seems to shift towards specialist hospitals and corporate duopolies, the purpose of the general practitioner vet is more important than ever before. General Practice is the place for pet owners to come back to, the opinion to seek when the choices are so overwhelming, and to provide the foundation for happy healthy pets.
Terrey Hills Animal Hospital is looking for that dynamic person who is energised and motivated by knowing they provide fantastic service, reliable advice and are always happy to evolve and build as the times change. If it’s the right place for you, there’s also practice ownership potential too!
Basics of the job are:
- Small animal full time veterinary role
- 1-in-4 Saturday consults from 9am-3pm
- No afterhours
- Access to fantastic referral support to multiple metropolitan specialist and after hours hospitals
- 6 weeks’ holiday to help make up for those weekends worked
- 1 week study leave with continuing education paid for
