Salamander Bay Veterinary Clinic is looking for a veterinarian to fill an upcoming full-time position at our practice. NO AFTERHOURS REQUIRED.
A veterinarian with about 1-5 years or more experience would be desirable but consideration would also be given to the right new graduate and appropriate support and mentoring would be provided.
The current veterinarians are all experienced practitioners. There are six vets in the practice, approximately 4 full-time equivalent, 2 part time.
Modern and well-equipped clinic, with digital (DR) radiology facilities, ultrasound, ECG, two endoscopes, video otoscope and rhinoscope, orthopaedic equipment including bone plating kit, a Tonovet pen pulse oximeters, IV fluid pumps, in house IDEXX lab equipment, IM3 dental equipment. Recently renovated and extended clinic.
We have experienced and qualified nursing staff and pleasant working conditions.
Coastal lifestyle, but still close to Newcastle and Sydney.
Very generous remuneration, plus one week paid conference leave, and conference fees paid.
