The Location: the picturesque Surf Coast, with the perfect blend of beaches, bush and proximity to the city. Our recently renovated clinic boasts ocean views from the lunch room, providing the perfect backdrop to your workday.
The care: We’re committed to exceeding expectations for our patients and their families. We pride ourselves on exceptional care. We have all the equipment you need to deliver outstanding service- from the tonometer to in house coags and everything in between.

The work: A diverse caseload of small animals (dogs & cats making up the majority) with still many exotics and wildlife. Benefit from a close working relationship with visiting specialists. Our retiring vet will be in clinic for sometime yet, so plenty of time to work together and have a proper hand over, without feeling rushed or stressed to find your feet.
The hours: A four day week plus every 3rd Saturday (9-1 only), 34 - 38 hours (depending on preference). The emergency clinic is just 20 minutes away, so no after hours. We thought this was a given, but we insist on a lunch break and (almost) always leave on time.
The culture: we pride ourselves on fostering a positive and supportive culture, where teamwork and camaraderie are paramount.
The pay: it’s by the hour because we think this is fair, based on experience it could be anywhere from $45hr-$65hr for permanent full time or part time (or + 25% for casual).
You: Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for building lasting relationships with clients, their pets and the team.
Clinic days: are made up of minimum 3 vets on per day, ample support staff, including very skilled and qualified nurses. The week includes at least one full surgery day, with rosters planned well in advance.
