Our Practice
At Booragoon Vet, we are committed to delivering exceptional care for our small animal patients. Our dedicated team combines technical expertise with a genuine love for animals, ensuring each pet receives personalized attention in our well-equipped clinic. We operate Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm and Saturdays from 8am to 12pm.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time veterinarian to work two 10-hour days per week in a sole charge capacity, with the option to add a Saturday morning shift (4 hours). Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience and be able to commit to two consecutive workdays.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognized in Australia.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy veterinary clinic, with consultative and surgical skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently during sole charge shifts.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong organizational skills to manage your time effectively.
