About Us

Manly Road 24hr Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned, multi-faceted Veterinary Hospital located in the beautiful bayside suburb of Manly in Brisbane. We are a large 24hr General Practice and Emergency care Hospital with all the equipment and facilities expected in a modern general practice hospital. We see small domestic animals, exotics and wildlife and also run an Equine Hospital. We provide a range of pet medical and surgical services including ophthalmology, preventative care, emergency care, orthopaedics, dental health, ultrasonography, endoscopy, and clinical pathology.

Qualifications

• Australian Veterinary Registration or approval for registration.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Surgical experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good work ethic and a positive attitude
• Committed to ongoing learning & development.

• Full IDEXX inhouse laboratory (including catalyst, procyte, sedivue and blood gas and coagulation profile)
• Smartflow hospital software
• Digital DR X-ray suite
• Endoscopy suite
• Dental suites
• Ultrasound suite with Phillips IU 22 ultrasound machine with multiple transducers
• Multiple ventilators with ICU capabilities
• Multi-parameter anaesthetic monitors
