Veterinarian Opportunity With A Growing Business
We’re a family owned and operated business with four veterinary clinics in the Southern suburbs of Brisbane, and we’re looking for a dedicated Veterinarian to join our team at Runcorn in our Compton Rd clinic.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape your career within a business that is etching its own way in the veterinary profession. We are combining our passion for animal care, with our team’s incredible veterinary skills, to shape a positive and collaborative work environment for everyone.

This includes venturing into the world of giving our veterinarians their own virtual assistant, professional mentoring, coaching, and training, and developing systems and processes that not only work for our people - but enhance our level of patient care.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding veterinary care
- Upholding and contributing to the MustCare standards
- Looking after the wellbeing of our animal patients
- Adopting the latest veterinary technology with your own virtual assistant to improve diagnostic precision and treatment effectiveness
- Help streamlining administrative processes by giving us your continual feedback
- Working collaboratively with our team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Engaging with pet owners effectively, ensuring they are informed and involved in their pet's care journey.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in veterinary medicine, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our practice.
Requirements:
- A veterinary degree from a recognised institution.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in the field.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating others.
- Strong communication skills, essential for team coordination and client relations.
- A deep-rooted love and respect for animals.
- An open mind to embrace new ideas and contribute to our culture of continuous learning.

- Competitive salary range of $100 - 120k+ excluding Super, negotiable based on your clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
