Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a part time or full-time veterinarian with 1+ years’ experience to join our team. Our roster is flexible accommodating you as an individual alongside a balance of consulting and surgery shifts.
A day in the life…
- Treating animals medically and surgically, and administering and prescribing drugs, analgesics, and general and local anaesthetics.
- Determining the presence and nature of abnormal conditions by physical examination, laboratory testing and through diagnostic imaging techniques including radiography and ultrasound.
- Performing surgery and dressing wounds (basic orthopaedic skills favourable but not essential).
- Rendering obstetric services to animals.
- Advising clients on health, nutrition and feeding, hygiene, breeding and care of animals.
- Lead by example & assist in creating a positive culture & working environment.

For this position you must hold a relevant Veterinary Science degree from an accredited university and be registered with relevant state Veterinary Board.
