Ready. Set. Go!
Watch your career take off under the leadership of our new Veterinary Director!
West Ryde Veterinary Clinic has been servicing the loyal clientele in the North-West Sydney community for over 20 years and with the guidance of our new Veterinary Director, we’re taking our strong client relationships and legacy into the next era of veterinary medicine.
We’re ready to expand our team with another experienced veterinarian, confident with surgical and medical procedures, with at least 1 years post-graduation experience, who is comfortable consulting, diagnosing and treating companion animals with autonomy. If you want to work in a fun, spirited and gifted team, who champion new ideas, relish learning and developing from each other, then we are the career choice for you!
Our new Director is both medically and surgically confident and throughout his last 8yrs working in the UK, integrated Karl-Storz laparoscopic equipment into routine procedures such as keyhole ovariectomies, liver biopsy and cryptorchid castration. His passion for teaching is felt through his calm, yet outgoing personality and paired with our driven, kind-hearted Practice Manager, you will feel valued and respected every day.
Our clinic may be a little older in design but still offers a brilliant standard of patient care and all our instrumentation is new, comprises of 3 consult rooms, sterile surgery, separate imaging room and a cat ward, dental x-ray, digital x-ray, ultrasound IM3 dental, orthopaedic equipment, IDEXX in-house lab and Hot Dog equipment.
We are supported by two fantastic emergency and after-hours hospitals, ARH Baulkham Hills and ARH Homebush, both within half an hour of our clinic, which means that we are able to offer overnight care to our patients and easy patient referrals, to avoid placing additional stress on our team and to ensure that a healthy work-life balance is maintained. NO AFTER HOURS or SUNDAYS!
As part of the Greencross network of GP, Specialty & Emergency hospitals, we ensure the highest levels of care are offered to all our patients. This partnership provides valuable business support resources, state of the art equipment, best in industry CPD options, and unmatched development, to help West Ryde Vet thrive and continue providing quality pet care to the local community.
