Woofy’s Veterinary team are a small animal practice located in Highfields just 15 minutes north of Toowoomba. We are a small family run practice that prides ourselves on our warm and welcoming service and who are dedicated to working together to provide affordable and high-quality care for small animals.
Owned and operated by Charissa and Chris they have worked collectively in the Veterinary Industry for 20 plus years.
This small close-knit team support each other and enjoy working together.
With a wealth of knowledge, a newly renovated premises, and a steady increase in clientele they are ready to take the next step and expand.
About the Role
Woofy’s Veterinary practice is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and hard-working veterinarian to join their growing team. We are currently offering flexible employment options with either full-time or part-time positions available. We are happy to discuss hours/days that are suitable for both parties. Our practice ensures a work-life balance with no after-hours on-call duties and provides a competitive remuneration package that reflects your experience and expertise.
Our modern practice is designed to deliver top-quality medical and surgical care. We are equipped with the latest technology to handle a diverse range of cases involving small animals and local wildlife.
About you
- Registered with Queensland Veterinary Board Registration or eligibility for veterinary board registration in Australia.
- Proven veterinary experience looking for the next step in their career.
- Ability to work sole charge and autonomously by overseeing the caseload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A compassionate, calm, and professional demeanour.
