We’re expanding, evolving, and on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate Emergency Veterinarian to join our amazing team!

This opportunity has opened up as two of our incredible senior vets step away—one to welcome a new baby 🍼, the other to embark on six months of travel ✈️. So now, we’re seeking someone who’s ready to dive into an exciting and diverse emergency caseload, backed by a supportive, fun-loving, and highly skilled team.

🐾 What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be managing a range of emergency presentations—medical, surgical, and everything in between.

You’ll work collaboratively with our nursing and vet teams, managing your own cases with autonomy but never without backup. It’s a fast-paced environment perfect for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys variety, and wants to continually sharpen their clinical edge.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years’ clinical experience, ideally with emergency exposure
• Strong surgical skills are a big plus
• Eligible for veterinary registration in Victoria
• Confidence managing emergency cases independently—or the drive to learn fast
• Excellent communicator who can break down complex cases (like snake envenomation’s and GDVs) with calm clarity
• Strong attention to detail when it comes to clinical records and compliance
• A team-first attitude and appetite for continual learning and development
