Foxwell Vet Coomera is looking for a Casual Veterinary Nurse to join our team. We are a 3 vet, 8 team member clinic.

About the role:

• A Flexible Casual Vet Nurse to work 1 day a week and 1 in 3 Saturdays as well as cover holidays, sick days, and time off periods
• Anaesthetics, surgical nursing, hospital nursing, pre-consulting, and reception duties.
• Nurse consults - rechecks, nail trims, anal gland expressions, dental checks, SR-12, arthritis injections, Cytopoint injections and more!

What we are looking for:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
• Confident monitoring anaesthetics, placing IV catheters, running in house bloods, preparing patients for surgery, caring for hospitalised patients and more!
• A positive easy-going attitude
• A passion for client communication
• Excellent patient care and love of small animals
• Ezyvet experience (preferred but not essential)
