Your Role as Lead Veterinarian

You’ll be at the heart of our hospital’s success, providing hands-on clinical care while guiding and developing the Primary Care team. You will:

• Manage a varied caseload of medical and surgical cases.
• Mentor and train GP veterinarians.
• Be the go-to leader and line manager for our GP vet team.
• Assist with performance reviews and staff development.
• Support training for nurses and animal attendants.
• Play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing initiatives.
• Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Work closely with our leadership team to keep the hospital thriving.
