The Opportunity

AES North Coast & Bangalow Vets are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead across two unique and thriving practices: an ECC hospital in North Coast and a progressive GP practice in Bangalow.

This dual-site leadership role offers the best of both worlds: guiding an enthusiastic and motivated emergency team while shaping the growth of a vibrant GP clinic, all in one of Australia’s most enviable lifestyle locations.

As Clinical Manager, you’ll:

  • Mentor and support vets across both ECC and GP practice
  • Champion clinical excellence through training, reviews, and case discussions
  • Lead by example on the floor, balancing leadership with clinical responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver patient-first outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years’ ECC (highly regarded)
  • Prior leadership/mentorship experience
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Commitment to patient-first care and team
