The Opportunity
AES North Coast & Bangalow Vets are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead across two unique and thriving practices: an ECC hospital in North Coast and a progressive GP practice in Bangalow.
This dual-site leadership role offers the best of both worlds: guiding an enthusiastic and motivated emergency team while shaping the growth of a vibrant GP clinic, all in one of Australia’s most enviable lifestyle locations.

As Clinical Manager, you’ll:
- Mentor and support vets across both ECC and GP practice
- Champion clinical excellence through training, reviews, and case discussions
- Lead by example on the floor, balancing leadership with clinical responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver patient-first outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ ECC (highly regarded)
- Prior leadership/mentorship experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Commitment to patient-first care and team
