Join our management team, which is responsible for the professional management of all clinical operations. Clinical operations include managing, training, developing, and supervising veterinary associates and nursing staff, as well as being hands-on in the delivery of veterinary services to patients.

About this role
As Director Veterinarian lead you will be responsible for maintaining our patient care and driving our high clinical standards. You will work closely with the support of our skilled team and the Business Team in the day-to-day running of the clinic. You will be a member of the management team responsible for the professional management of all clinical operations as well as being hands-on in the delivery of veterinary services to patients and clients according to AHT Vets high standards of care.

- This is a “hands-on” clinical role
- The position is a Small Animal role

- Mobile surgical and medicine specialists that visit the hospital to assist with case management and diagnostics – and they love teaching!
About you
- You have 4+ years’ vet experience and have demonstrated mentoring and management capabilities
- You are ready to move into a leadership role and are enthusiastic about leading a team
- You are looking for a modern, well-equipped clinic and the ability to practise medicine to a high standard
- You are looking to be part of a great team who you can collaborate on cases but are also excited about mentoring the next generation of vets
