  • You are resilient, adaptable, and courageous enough to embrace new challenges outside of your comfort zone.
  • You understand the importance of a close-knit team and are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback to continually learn and grow.
  • You demonstrate as much respect and care for our clients as you extend to their animals.

Does this sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today! (Check out ‘how to apply’ below).

  • Receive a salary based on your experience and the value you bring
  • Work with a variety of species, including cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, and wildlife

Enjoy a nurturing work environment that allows you to realise your full potential:

  • An organisational psychologist dedicated to supporting the team to do their best through personal and team development programs
  • Be treated with respect and consideration at all times
  • A supportive team of like-minded professionals for whom this is a passion, not “just a job”
  • Regular check-ins via daily group huddles, one on one conversations with leaders, weekly team meetings, and offsite team alignment days to ensure your ideas are heard

Lynbrook Vet is the result of two experienced vets who dreamt of creating an environment that enables everyone to thrive. Lynbrook Vet opened its doors in November 2018 and has since amassed a loyal base of close to 5000 clients. Served by 18 motivated and engaged team members, it continues to grow and has been rated 5 stars on Google by over 500 clients.

This success is due to the passion, hard work, and dedication of our team across both clinics, who also believe in and maintain the culture of growth, respect, trust, and professionalism.

Joining Lynbrook Vet is an opportunity to work with a fantastic team that is united in supporting one another, so that we can provide exceptional service to our patients and clients.
