We're Vets in the Village, an independently owned small animal clinic in leafy St Lucia. We've created a space that feels more like a calming home than a hospital - for our clients, their pets, and our team.

The Role

• A mix of general practice consultations, surgery (routine desexings and soft tissue), dentals, preventative care, medical workups, and urgent cases, supported by 5 nurse and reception staff.
• Flexible 30-45min appointment lengths and scheduling that's designed for quality care - not burnout.
• A chance to be part of shaping a thriving, independent practice where your voice counts. Opportunity to take on leadership opportunity if this is of interest.
• Be supported by a veterinary team with special interests in internal medicine, imaging, emergency and surgery.

You:

• Are a qualified vet with over 5 years under your belt with the right values, energy, and the ability to consult and operate, sole charge and as part of a team.
• Love small animal medicine and working as part of a close-knit team of 8.
• Are curious, collaborative, and ready to bring your whole self to work.
• Are a clear communicator who values client education and continuity of care.
• Want to work somewhere that feels calm, professional, and human.
