Petstock Vet Rouse Hill - Located in the NSW Hills region, 45minutes NW of Sydney.
We are currently searching for a Full Time Head Veterinarian.
Working alongside a passionate and supportive team, this is a great opportunity for a senior veterinarian with leadership and management experience to take the next steps in their career.
What you'll bring:
- High standards of clinical skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their pets.
- A compassionate and positive attitude.
- Experience with mentoring junior vets and providing support in order for them to thrive in clinic.
- An understanding of business management or a keen attitude to learn processes and protocols that impact clinical success and growth.
What you will enjoy:
- The opportunity to take ownership of your own cases whilst focusing on patient welfare and the needs of the client.
- Driving clinical success by managing clinic finances, scheduling and mentoring the team alongside the Practice Manager.
