You will be joining a close-knit team of experienced vets who are supportive, collaborative, and proud of the work they do.

Your Role as Lead Veterinarian:

Step into a leadership role where your ideas and expertise will shape the future of the clinic. As our Lead Veterinarian, you will work closely with the Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and provide guidance to our exceptional nursing team. You will ensure the highest standards of patient care while having the opportunity to introduce fresh strategies, services, and clinical innovations that will take our practice to the next level. This is your chance to truly make an impact – both in the clinic and in the lives of our clients and their pets.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science + current NSW Veterinary Board Registration or eligibility for veterinary board registration in Australia
  • Proven veterinary experience within a senior role will be highly regarded but not mandatory – we will consider an experienced vet looking for the next step in their career
  • Effective communication skills to foster a positive work environment
  • A creative mind eager to contribute innovative ideas for clinic improvement
  • Demonstrates effective collaboration with the Practice Manager and Nursing Team
