The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead with heart and expertise? We’re seeking a Lead Veterinarian who’s not only skilled in consulting and surgery but who also brings vision, mentorship, and a team-first mentality. Role Will Include:

• Providing high-quality veterinary care through consults and surgery
• Leading and mentoring a talented team of vets and nurses
• Supporting a positive and collaborative workplace culture
• Contributing to operational excellence alongside our practice manager

What You’ll Need:

• A BVSc (or equivalent) and eligibility to practice in Victoria
• Senior veterinary experience is highly regarded but not essential
• A calm, compassionate approach with strong communication skills
• Leadership capability and an eye for detail
• Passion for team development and continuous improvement
