Western Animal Care is a brand-new veterinary clinic with a big heart and a clear mission: to provide high-quality veterinary care at a lower cost to the public, making pet health more accessible for our community.

Our fully renovated clinic features modern facilities, new equipment, and a spacious, open floor plan - designed with both patients and staff in mind. We proudly partner with local councils to expand access to desexing and essential vet care, helping more pets live healthier, happier lives.

As our Lead Veterinarian, you'll be supported by two experienced vet nurses and a casual Veterinarian. This is a rare opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, in a workplace where collaboration, compassion, and client care come first.

Qualifications

• BVSc (or equivalent) and registration in Victoria
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience (leadership experience highly regarded)
• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills
• Compassionate, proactive approach to patient care
