We are a renovated, well-equipped, family-owned small animal veterinary hospital located in Riverton. An opportunity for an experienced part time veterinarian has arisen at our hospital!

We are a long-established practice with loyal clients who are willing to do the best for their pets. We like working up our cases and pride ourselves on practicing high quality veterinary medicine and performing an extensive range of surgery, including advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries.

Our hospital is fully equipped with IDEXX, digital radiography, dental x-ray, Surgivet monitoring, ApAlerts, fluid pumps, IM3 dental machine, Bair Hugger warmer, electrosurgery unit and more. The practice is computerised with Ascend.

We are looking for a vet who enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets, is enthusiastic and confident, and works well in a team. An interest in both consulting and surgery is essential, as this position involves some of both.

Our team includes four other vets, and eight vet nurses and support staff. This position will usually work alongside another vet, however there will be some sole charge at certain times.

Our consulting/surgery hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-3:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

This position is part time and includes weekday and some Saturday shifts. The total hours to be worked each week is negotiable.

Pay is negotiable and dependent upon level of experience.
