The Role:

As our Senior Vet you'll be the go-to for guidance, support, and mentorship for our team, helping them to grow, develop, and thrive.

You'll also be helping ensure our clinic protocols are not just up to scratch but striving for best practice. Whether it's building long-term client relationships, delivering complex surgeries, or mentoring the next generation of vets, you'll play a vital role in the future success of Byford Vet.

What You'll Do:

Lead from the front, setting the pace for clinical excellence and patient care
Be a mentor and guide, helping the team develop their skills and confidence
Drive continuous improvement in clinical protocols and patient outcomes
Work closely with the Practice Manager to streamline operations and keep things running smoothly
Nurture relationships with clients and the wider community to grow the clinic

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has at least 5 years' experience in small animal practice, with a passion for general practice medicine and surgery
Loves leading and is ready to step up in a leadership role
Enjoys mentoring and helping others achieve their best
Is a problem-solver, a great communicator, and thrives in a collaborative environment
Understands the balance of autonomy with the support of a close-knit team
