🔍 The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Veterinary Nurse to take on a key leadership position within the team. You’ll play an essential role in mentoring, clinical coordination, and day-to-day operations—with clear pathways and support to move into Practice Management.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care and client service
• Support and mentor junior nursing staff
• Manage daily clinic workflows and assist with scheduling
• Assist in inventory, compliance, and quality control
• Collaborate with veterinarians and leadership to improve processes
• Take an active role in team development and clinic growth

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
• At least 4 years’ experience in small animal practice
• Confident leadership and communication skills
• Passion for supporting a positive team culture
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Familiarity with practice management software (e.g., EzyVet)
• A clear interest in progressing to a management position within 12–18 months
