Woronora Road Veterinary Clinic is looking for a vet to join our team - full time or part time.

Woronora Road Veterinary Clinic is an independently-owned small animal practice in Engadine (Sutherland Shire). We have been established for 35 years and have a long-standing clientele. We pride ourselves on being a friendly team with a low staff turnover - most staff members have been present for 10+ years. We are open Monday to Saturday, with no Sundays, public holidays or after-hours. All the necessary equipment (digital X-ray, in-house bloods, im3 dental suite, dental radiographs, ultrasound, etc.) is available to practice a high standard of medicine and surgery. We use Ezyvet as our practice software.

A very generous salary package is on offer. The working hours are flexible and can be tailored to suit the right candidate - we believe in a good work life balance. There is no necessity for any weekend work. We ensure all staff members have an ample lunch break and can pop out for some downtime if they wish. The practice is located in a close-knit, family-friendly community and we get to know many of our clients well. Partnership is a possibility for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate:

• Would be a good communicator that gets on well with other staff members and clients - as a small practice, we have a good relationship with our clients and know most people who come through the door.
• Will ideally have at least 2 years experience (but a confident new grad would be considered) and is comfortable with routine medicine and soft tissue surgery.
• Will have a good attitude and enthusiasm for general practice.
