We are looking for a veterinarian to join Mulberry Lane Vet Hospital for an ongoing position!
We are a small animal ASAV accredited veterinary hospital of excellence in the picturesque regional NSW city of Orange.
We are open 8:30am - 5:30pm weekdays and 9am - 12pm on Saturdays.

After hours duties are light and supported by an on-call nurse, experienced veterinarians are available (by phone and in person as required) and only bona fide clients have our after-hours phone number.
New graduates and experienced veterinarians are welcome to apply.
A full-time veterinary position is available but those interested in flexible hours are encouraged to apply.
Most of our case load is dogs and cats, we also see a range of other species (birds, rabbits, rodents, reptiles) and many wildlife patients.
Mulberry Lane Veterinary Hospital is an ASAV accredited Hospital. It includes designated cat and dog hospitals, large consult rooms, large operating theatre, ultrasonography, DR radiography with a four-way floating table, dental radiography, endoscopy and Vetscan VS2, HM5, UA and Imagyst and Vcheck Bionote, centrifuge, microscope, refractometer and more. We have three anaesthetic machines with monitoring (BP, HR, temperature, ECG, RR, ETCO2). We have an IM3 dental unit, a tonometer and panoptic ophthalmoscope. We perform most soft tissue and many orthopaedic surgeries.
We use Vetcheck for admissions and monitoring and have access to AI notetaking services as preferred by individual veterinarians.
Our nurses and receptionists are experienced, efficient and highly skilled. They will make your life easier and help you get through the busy days.

Staff training and development is part of our culture.
One of our veterinarians has gained Membership to the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Medicine in Small Animal Surgery and another in Small Animal Medicine. CPD is actively supported and encouraged.
The veterinary team have daily morning meetings to prioritise the day. We have weekly staff meetings and veterinary meetings to discuss medicine, surgery, journal articles and cases.
We are seeking a veterinarian with initiative and compassion, who is thorough and compassionate, has great communication skills, enjoys problem solving and is a team player.
