Who We Are We're one cohesive team working across two sister clinics on the NSW South Coast - Berry Vet and Shell Cove Vet.

Berry Vet Clinic is a well-loved, mixed animal practice that's been part of the local community for over 70 years.

Shell Cove Vet is our smaller, companion-only clinic near the Shell Cove Marina - newer, growing fast, and full of heart.

The clinics are around 30 minutes apart, and while they serve slightly different communities, we operate as a single team with shared values, daily communication, and a strong culture of support. Rosters rotate between sites, and when extra hands are needed - for surgeries, emergencies, or collaboration - we've got clinic vehicles to make it easy. It's teamwork by design, not default.

If you're a new grad, you'll get the kind of support that actually helps - real hands-on mentoring, help when you need it, and the freedom to grow at your own pace.

If you're experienced, you won't be micromanaged. We practice team-based medicine with shared standards of care and a culture of learning from one another.

If you've got a special interest, we'll help you develop it - as long as it aligns with where the clinic's headed, we're pretty open.

If you're after flexibility, we genuinely try to make that work - full-time (4 days a week) or part-time (as little as one day).

If you want to be in a workplace where your ideas matter, your wellbeing is prioritised, and your growth is encouraged — that's what we're building here.

We've got a young team in some areas and plenty of work-in-progress moments - so if you like helping others grow and working collaboratively, you'll fit right in.

Here's a bit more about how the role looks:

✅ Full-time (4 days/week) or part-time (minimum 1 day/week)

✅ Saturdays: 9am–12pm, with a rotating weekend roster

✅ On-call approx. 1 in 4 weekends (plus a separate 1 in 4 consult-only weekend)

✅ Salary above award + additional benefits

✅ Clinic vehicles available for travel between sites when needed

✅ Supportive daily team structure:

• Berry: 2–3 vets, 3–4 nurses + admin staff

• Shell Cove: 1–2 vets, 1–2 nurses + admin staff
