Veterinarian (Full Time) New Grad
Lynbrook Vet
Job Description
If you’re looking to contribute your veterinary skills to a growing and progressive clinic, where you’ll get to make a positive impact on small animals and the humans who love them, you’re in the right place!
At Lynbrook Vet, our mission is to create a work environment that supports and empowers you to help you realise your potential and thrive in your role, so that you can provide the best care possible to your patients.
If you are...
- Passionate about helping animals and their owners (this is not “just a job” for you)
- Eager to continue growing both personally and professionally
- Willing to be flexible in your thinking and how you do veterinary medicine
...then we encourage you to apply. We offer a competitive salary, mentorship opportunities, supportive work environment and more!
Here’s who we’re looking for...
We need a motivated and experienced veterinarian who understands the importance of a close-knit team with shared values for providing excellent care.
Professional Qualifications
- You’ve successfully completed your veterinary medicine training, have at least 1-2 years of experience providing care for small animals and are comfortable with routine surgeries (e.g. spey) and comfortable taking sole charge
- You have further qualifications (or at least special interests) in surgery, medicine, dermatology, ultrasonography, ophthalmology, pocket pets, birds, or other speciality areas.
- You are keen to grow, develop, and challenge yourself in a variety of areas including medicine, surgery, client relationship building, and business management.
- You could also be a 2026 Graduate looking for the right work environment with a balance of challenge and support, a positive culture, and lots of mentoring to help you develop and grow
Personal Qualities
- For you, veterinary medicine is not just a job - it’s a calling!
- You are resilient, adaptable, and courageous enough to embrace new challenges because you understand that growth happens outside of your comfort zone.
- You’ve got stellar communication skills for interacting with both co-workers and clients.
- You demonstrate as much respect and care for our clients as you extend to their animals.
Does this sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today (details below)!
