What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Learning: You’re chirping to stay curious and grow as a vet.
• Team Player with Solo Swagger: Work well within the pond but can confidently handle a 1:4 weekend rotation (with senior support until you’re ready to fly solo).
• Top-Notch Communicator: Build strong client relationships with egg-stra empathy and ease.
• Cool Under Pressure: Tackle challenges with a turtle-y calm head and a positive attitude.
• Self-Aware & Proactive: You know your own motivations and triggers, take feedback like a treat, and bring cluck-tastic energy to the table.
• Qualifications: BVSc or equivalent, with registration to practice in Queensland and the ability to work in Australia long-term—no fly-by-nights!
• Good Human: You’re kind, compassionate, and aware of your paw-print on others.
