Figtree Veterinary Clinic is on the lookout for a compassionate and experienced Veterinarian to join our close-knit and supportive team on Sydney's Lower North Shore. If you have 2+ years of experience, a passion for gold-standard patient care, and want to work in a collaborative, client-focused practice – we'd love to hear from you.

Located in Lane Cove, Figtree is a well-established, community-loved clinic. We're proud of our high standard of primary care and the genuine relationships we've built with our loyal, largely insured client base. This means you'll have the time, tools, and trust to deliver exceptional care every day.

Our team values a healthy work-life balance, with 30-minute consults, protected breaks, no after-hours or on-call, and a 4-day work week (with a regular weekday off!). All emergencies are referred to local emergency centres – so you can focus on what you do best, and leave on time.

We're fully equipped to support your clinical excellence, including:

Digital radiography
iM3 dental unit with dental radiography
Sonoscape ultrasound
Full Idexx in-house diagnostics (Procyte Dx, Catalyst One, UA Analyser, Sedivue)
Pulse oximetry, ECG, BP monitoring & capnography
Isoflurane anaesthesia/ IV fluid pumps & syringe drivers
Tonometry
Separate dog & cat wards

🐾 Practice Hours

Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Closed on weekends and public holidays

🐾 About You

BVSc or equivalent (recognised in Australia)
Registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board
Minimum 2 years' experience in general practice
A great communicator with a client-first approach
