Animals @ Oakey Flat is not your average GP clinic. Located in Morayfield, QLD, we're a small animal practice with a big reputation for taking on the cases others won't - including reptiles, birds, wildlife, and the occasional large animal.

Diverse caseload: We see everything from cats and dogs to birds, reptiles, and exotics. We rarely turn a patient away.

Strong surgical & diagnostic support: We have trusted relationships with a Board-Certified Surgeon and Fellow Ultrasonographer, both of whom consult at our clinic when needed. We also work closely with specialist centres for best patient care.

Well-equipped: Digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house pathology/cytology, and access to external labs.

Exceptional nurse team: 5:2 nurse-to-vet ratio, all Cert IV qualified or students, highly trained in multi-species care and advanced support.

Positive culture: We're a friendly, tight-knit team that values collaboration, continued learning, and having a good time - both in and out of the clinic.

💼 The Role

We're open to full-time or part-time vets, and happy to tailor the role to suit your experience and career goals. Whether you're confident and independent or looking for mentoring and support, you'll be valued and backed by an excellent team.

Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 8am–1pm (shared roster). No after-hours.

Salary: Over $100k+ (FTE) for vets 3+ years out - commensurate with experience, pro rata for part-time roles
